Q. How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Once shipped, your Cozié package usually arrives within 5–10 business days anywhere in Ireland.

During busy periods, delivery may take up to 7 working days, but we always aim to get your order to you sooner.

 

Q. Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are packed and shipped from Dublin, Ireland.

 

Q. How fast do you process orders?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days — often faster, never later.

 

Q. Is delivery free?

Yes — free nationwide delivery on all orders over €40.

Orders under €40 have a €4.95 tracked delivery fee.

 

Q. Do I get an order confirmation?

Absolutely.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major debit and credit cards.

 

Q. Is my payment safe?

Yes — 100%.

Our checkout is fully secure and SSL-encrypted.

 

Q. What’s your return or refund policy?

For hygiene reasons, all intimate wear (including bras, shapewear, and lingerie) is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For all other clothing items, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
